If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on contact out customer care via whatsapp (0340-5125632). Return request must be raised within 7 days, starting from the day of delivery.
Kindly be noted, we will not accept your return request, if you are had a change of mind after receiving the product. As change of mind didn’t apply to our refund policy. Although, if you receive a damaged item, or your product is incomplete, you can exchange the product with free delivery or you can simple claim your complete refund amount.
Refund amount will get transferred in your bank account, easypasia or jazzcash. We don’t support cash refunds.
